It would be great if we could give you a firm idea of when your transport driver will arrive at the destination, but there are so many things that can disrupt a logistics schedule, as anyone who’s ever been on a long road trip probably knows. Bad weather, road conditions, detours, construction and heavy traffic are just some of the things that can get in the way of a timely and punctual delivery. You can rest assured, though, that we’ll always do everything we can to stick to your ETA; if anything does happen to make your transport driver late, you’ll be notified by our team and we’ll keep you informed until the driver gets to your area.

Please remove any toll transponders or tags, and disable any alarms
Please be sure all four tires are completely inflated, your car’s battery is charged up, and the car’s headlights and taillights work
Remember that the driver will need a copy of your car’s ignition key
We prefer to ship vehicles with a quarter tank of fuel or less. Fuel weighs about 6 lb per gallon, and less fuel means less curb weight and lower shipping costs.
Please check carefully for any motor oil, coolant, transmission, brake or power steering fluid leaks – a transport driver might refuse to load a vehicle with fluid leaks.
If your car’s not in running order, please let us know ahead of time. We can and do ship vehicles that can’t start, run, steer and stop on their own power, but it requires special arrangements, extra equipment and extra time on the part of the transport driver.
